A trim on a keyframe costs nothing
Cutting at a keyframe copies the stream rather than re-encoding it, so the export is fast and the quality is identical to the source.
Changing container is not changing codec
MOV to MP4 is often a rewrap and finishes in seconds. Changing the codec re-encodes every frame and takes real time.
Your file is deleted when you are done
The upload is removed once your download finishes. It is not kept, not indexed, and never used to train anything.
